We’re making contacting us a little bit easier.

From today, we will be using a new callback system called Keep My Place in Queue. When you call the practice, you will now be given the option to select a callback.

All callback requests are held in the queue. No more waiting in a queue listening to hold music. Stay close to your phone, because we will call you back. If you do not answer your phone when we call back, you will need to contact the surgery again and rejoin the queue.

All calls & callback requests are handled in strict time order. It’s fair for all, as it’s a true first come, first served service.

Don’t withhold your telephone number when calling. We will call you back on the number you display.

Please note, if you choose to call us again (before we've called you back), your previous callback request will be cancelled, and you’ll start to queue again.
